Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll and separate each crescent section from the packaging.
Lightly brush each crescent section with dijon mustard and then layer a thin layer of ham and 1 slice of cheese over each. Try to fold or cut the ham and cheese so that not much hangs over the edge of the crescent roll.
Starting at the wider end, roll each crescent up including the ham and cheese, and place it on the baking sheet with the point of the roll down to hold the roll together. Place your crescents about 1 inch apart to allow for them to expand while baking.
In a small bowl, mix butter,Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the top of each crescent making sure to completely coat each one.
Bake the crescents in the oven for 10 minutes or until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
